CAYM International
CAYM has equipped Christians to develop mentoring ministries in nearly 20 countries around the world. Our strategy is simple and scalable: we train local leaders to reproduce this work by adapting our proven training, materials, and coaching systems to their own cultures and communities.
Africa
Our work in Africa is led through key partnerships with Andrew Mahame in Rwanda, Grace Kedienye in Kenya, as well as projects through Uganda Christian University. We also collaborate with Christian NGOs in Nigeria and Tanzania to develop mentoring ministries, while cultivating emerging leaders in several additional African nations.
Latin America
CAYM has trained and supported ministry leaders in Peru, Mexico, and El Salvador. Billy Greenman serves as our regional partner, translating materials and coaching new and growing mentoring programs.
Asia
In Pakistan, CAYM trains and guides The Lord’s Home in Lahore as they expand mentoring into churches across the country. We are also building relationships in India, where there is growing interest among ministry leaders seeking to establish mentoring initiatives.
