CAYM’s Certification Packages have what you need to either improve your ministry or get it started. Our staff averages nearly thirty years of experience in mentoring. Since 2005 we have helped hundreds of churches and nonprofits across the country and on three other continents develop the best practices of safe and effective mentoring.
CAYM Mentoring Essentials Course
CAYM Mentoring Essentials Course is designed for existing programs that are bringing on new team members or providing current staff with more training. This is an online course that takes you through the best practices of safe and effective youth mentoring with the assistance of an online coach who reviews the material with you.
Quality Assurance Certification
Quality Assurance Certification: Churches, community partners, and parents want to be assured that the children they are placing into your care are safe and that your program will improve their lives. Insurance companies also want to know that you are following best practices. CAYM is nationally recognized as a leader in helping mentoring programs follow evidence-based best practices. Our Quality Assurance program reviews your work to validate that your program is safe, effective, and sustainable and offers suggestions on how to improve your work.
CAYM Membership
CAYM Membership provides your team and mentors with advanced training, consulting, and access to training to onboard new team members that enables a ministry to improve on its ability to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives. There are three levels of membership that to fit the needs of your program.
