CAYM Membership
CAYM Membership provides your team and mentors with advanced training, consulting, and access to training for onboarding new team members. Membership enables a ministry to improve its ability to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives. Membership also provides relational collaboration with like-minded ministries across the United States. One year of membership is included in all CAYM certification levels.
There are three levels of membership designed to fit the needs of your program. Take a look at each level below and contact us for more information.
Gold ($1500/year)
- 6 hours of coaching from a CAYM coach
- Troubleshooting common mentoring issues
- Executive director advisory consulting
- Onboarding new team members
- Growth and Quality planning
- Online access to CAYM’s Mentoring Essentials training
- Advanced training modules for your team members and mentors
- Onboarding new team members
- Strategies to help reduce cost per match
- 6 user licenses to CAYM’s training site
- Includes Quality Assurance re-certification every 3 years for those who have completed the Gold QA*
Silver ($1000/year)
- 4 hours of coaching from a CAYM coach
- Troubleshooting common mentoring issues
- Executive director advisory consulting
- Onboarding new team members
- Strategies to help reduce cost per match
- Online access to full list of trainings and courses
- Advanced training modules for your team members and mentors
- 3 user licenses to CAYM’s training site
- Includes Quality Assurance re- certification every 3 years for those who have completed Silver QA*
Bronze ($500/year)
Designed for small programs ~ under 15 matches
- 2 hours of coaching from a CAYM coach
- Troubleshooting common mentoring issues
- Online access to full list of training and courses
- Advanced training modules for your team members and mentors
- 1 user license to CAYM’s training site
- Includes Quality Assurance re-certification every 3 years for those who have completed Bronze QA*
* Requires that membership in good standing from initial QA certification to be eligible for re- certification
